  4. Join a group: Having others that are thinking the same way as yourself will help you stay focused and other people's excitement from their success will encourage you to keep going.

Subscribe to weekly or daily newsletters and monthly magazines: There are so many informative newsletters that can be sent to your email daily or weekly that will remind you and inform you of how best to reach your weight loss goals. Monthly magazines can be strategically placed around the house as reminders to yourself not to eat that last slice of pie.
