7 Day Weight Loss Plan

This article gives you a basic guide to planning a special week focusing on weight loss. It focuses on what foods to eat throughout the week and the safest way to lose weight quickly.


Day One

Today is a good day! You are about to embark on one week weigh loss plan! Good for you! So what is your goal today? Well the goal is rapid weight loss, right? So you need to flush out your system!

Day Two

Alright, how do you feel today? Today you will focus on clearing your mind. Try some peaceful yoga, listen to happy music and find some “me” time. Stress can make a big dent in the body’s ability to release fat.

Day Three

Day Four
